What's Inside Every Monday Report

Your trial isn't a teaser — it's the real product. The first Monday after you sign up, you get your county's full permit feed for the prior week, filtered to your trade. Every record includes the property address, the scope of work (re-roof, AC replacement, whole-house re-pipe, new pool, and so on), the permit valuation when the county reports it, the filing date, and the owner or contractor of record where available. Each permit is scored 0–100 so the highest-opportunity jobs sit at the top of the list instead of buried in noise.

You also get the context around the raw list: the top ZIP codes by volume that week, a trade breakdown so you can see how your category is moving, and a dashboard to search, filter, and export.
