Ananda Key Club provides contractor-focused market intelligence based on publicly available building permit data. This includes weekly reports, insights, summaries, and subscription-based access to permit data trends. The Service is designed to help contractors identify potential opportunities in their local markets.
3. No Guarantees / Informational Use Only
The information provided through Ananda Key Club is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, leads, contracts, or revenue as a result of using our Service. The data we provide is derived from public records and is intended to support your business decisions, not replace your own due diligence.
4. Subscription and Billing
Ananda Key Club operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
6. Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability
