How it works

1Sign up and select your county — pick the market you work and the trades you care about.

2Get your first permit feed Monday morning — every new permit, scored 0–100 and ranked by opportunity.

3Call the leads before your competitors do — reach owners during the 2-4 week window before work begins.

Real permit data, every Monday

Permits matching your selected market and available trade are delivered in the weekly report.

No shared leads

Unlike lead gen services, your permit data is not shared with competitors. You see it first.

What's Inside Every Monday Report

Your trial isn't a teaser — it's the real product. The first Monday after you sign up, you get your county's full permit feed for the prior week, filtered to your trade. Every record includes the property address, the scope of work (re-roof, AC replacement, whole-house re-pipe, new pool, and so on), the permit valuation when the county reports it, the filing date, and the owner or contractor of record where available. Each permit is scored 0–100 so the highest-opportunity jobs sit at the top of the list instead of buried in noise.

You also get the context around the raw list: the top ZIP codes by volume that week, a trade breakdown so you can see how your category is moving, and a dashboard to search, filter, and export. Nothing is gated behind “upgrade to see” — the trial shows the same data a paying subscriber works every week.

How to Get the Most From Your 14 Days

Treat the first report like a call list. Sort by valuation, pull the five or six biggest jobs, and reach the underlying project and independently determine whether outreach is appropriate. Use the ZIP clusters to plan canvassing routes, and check back each Monday as the new week's permits land. Most contractors book enough work during the trial to cover the subscription many times over; a card is required so your feed continues uninterrupted, and you can cancel anytime before day 14.
