What you get in your 14-day trial

How it works

  1. 1Sign up and pick the market you work and the trades you care about.
  2. 2Review your market's permit records, scored 0–100 and ranked by opportunity score.
  3. 3Verify status and scope, then decide whether outreach is appropriate. Permits are public records and not exclusive.

See Permit Records for Your Market, Free

Permit records from the available local permitting feeds — project addresses, trades, and valuations where reported. Coverage and dates vary by jurisdiction.

Public permit records

Records matching your selected market and available trade appear in your report and dashboard. PermitMap does not promise a delivery day or time.

Public records, not exclusive

Permits are public records that may be available to others. PermitMap does not resell one contact to several buyers and does not make records exclusive.

Verify before outreach

Permit records are public and may be available to others. Check status, scope, and dates before deciding on outreach.

Does the free trial require a credit card?

Yes. A card is required to start the trial. Billing begins after the 14-day period. Cancel any time before it ends and owe nothing.

Which markets are available in the free trial?

What's Inside a PermitMap Report

Your trial gives you access to the permit records for your selected market, filtered to your trade. Record fields vary by source and jurisdiction and can include the property address, the scope of work (re-roof, AC replacement, whole-house re-pipe, new pool, and so on), the permit valuation when the permitting office reports it, the filing date, and the owner or contractor of record where available. Each permit is scored 0–100 by opportunity score so the larger projects sit at the top of the list.

You also get context around the raw list, where the source supports it: a ZIP view, a trade breakdown so you can see how your category is moving, and a dashboard to search, filter, and export. PermitMap does not promise a delivery day or time; update timing depends on each source.

How to Get the Most From Your 14 Days

Treat the records as a research list. Sort by valuation where the source reports it, review the biggest projects, and check the underlying permit to independently determine whether outreach is appropriate. Filing and construction timing varies by jurisdiction, permit type, review process, and project. A permit record is a project signal, so verify its status and scope instead of assuming a fixed lead time. Permits are public records that may be available to others. PermitMap does not make them exclusive and does not promise you will reach an owner first. PermitMap discovers opportunities; it does not guarantee jobs, leads, close rates or revenue. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime before day 14.

PermitMap organizes public permit records from supported Florida and Texas markets. Availability varies by market.
